4. Data Sharing
Iron Spector does not sell identifiable personal or inspection data.
Data may be shared:
- With service providers supporting platform operations

5. Data Storage and Security
Inspection data is stored using industry-standard security practices. Access to uploaded files, including inspection photos and media, is controlled through time-limited access links that expire after a short period. Data separation between organizations is enforced at the database level, so that users within one organization cannot access data belonging to another organization.
While reasonable safeguards are implemented, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge data is stored electronically.
6. Retention
Inspection data is retained as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, support users, and meet legal obligations.
Users are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of reports they require.
7. User Choices
Users may:
- Access and update account information
- Request account deletion or data export by contacting Iron Spector support; these actions are not currently available through in-product self-service and require administrative processing, subject to legal and operational requirements
8. Cross-Border Data Processing
Data may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Iron Spector constitutes acceptance of updates.
